Damaged goods, shortages, and discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of order.
Crown is not responsible for lost or stolen orders.
Any charges for returned orders due to customer error (incorrect address, refused/undeliverable orders, etc...) will be the responsibility of the customer.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
USPS will ship out all international orders unless otherwise requested by the customer.
USPS is a less expensive shipping method than UPS. USPS does not provide a tracking number once the package leaves the USA. Orders sent by UPS can be tracked till the package reaches your doorstep.
Crown Brush is not responsible for any lost orders, damaged items, or missing items when shipping by USPS.
All discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt or order.
Charges for returned orders (incorrect address provided, refused/undeliverable orders, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
International orders take 3-4 business days to process and make take up to 4 weeks to reach you depending on location and customs clearance.
Crown Brush is not responsible for any customs, duty, or tax charges.
Private Labeling
Minimum order of 24 pieces of each kind of brush purchasing. (Ex: If you purchase item number C104 and C209, you must purchase 24 pieces of C104 and 24 pieces of C209)
There is a one-time setup fee of $25.00 per logo / description. If you are printing brushes with your logo and the opposite side your own description / secondary logo, there will be a $0.15 fee per brush receiving a double print.
All logos emailed must be in PDF, EPS, AI, ECT to logos@crownbrush.com
Stamping available in the following colors: Silver, Black, White, Gold, Red, Bubble gum Pink, Baby pink, Teal, Brown, Plum Purple.
Allow 7-10 business days for private label orders to be processed. Shipping is 3-5 business days unless expedited shipping is chosen (additional charges apply)
Stamped brushes are NOT returnable, please have correct item numbers when placing your order.
Orders over $200 Require a Signature for Delivery.
If your order is over $200 and you decline signature for delivery, you are also thereby releasing Crown Brush and the carrier (UPS, USPS, etc.) of any liability if the package(s) is lost or stolen.
